FORT WORTH – A senior-living project has finished construction in the 270-acre Clearfork development.
The 297-unit Tradition-Clearfork has 214 independent-living units and 95 assisted-living and memory care units.
Floor plans include one and two bedrooms ranging from 880 to 2,200 sf. The facility also has 24-hour concierge and valet services, a lounge, card room, movie theater, fitness center, and pool.
Tradition Senior Living is the developer and operator. The project designer is Jackson & Ryan Architects, and the general contractor is Rogers-O’Brien Construction.
