DALLAS – A development firm and broadcasting firm are partnering on a mixed-use project on 2.4 acres.
Broadcaster KERA is selling a portion of its campus to Kaizen Development Partners. Located at North Harwood St. and Harry Hines Blvd., the land will have a 400,000-sf office tower, a residential high-rise, 20,000 sf of restaurant and retail space, and KERA’s new headquarters.
Construction will begin in late 2024, and the buildings will open in 2027.
Corgan is the designer for the project. Gardiner & Theobald will be the project manager. Vinson & Elkins LLP represented KERA in the transaction, and JLL is marketing the office building.
