RICHMOND – Price Realty Corp. has acquired a 300-unit apartment complex at 24500 Wildwood Park Rd. in the Veranda master-planned community.
Built in 2022, Wildwood Apartments has one- and two-bedroom units with amenities such as a conservatory, dog parks, secure package lockers, a club house with library and kitchen, swimming pool, and fitness center.
