WESTLAKE – A hotel at 1301 Solana Blvd. in the Solana development was acquired by a hotel firm in partnership with an investor.
The 294-room Marriott Dallas/Fort Worth Westlake hotel was purchased by NewcrestImage LLC, who partnered with Dabu Group. The building will be completely renovated.
Built in the 1980s and designed by award-winning Mexican architect Ricardo Legorreta, the hotel is one of the original buildings in the Solana development.
Newmark Lodging Capital Markets arranged the sale.
