HOUSTON – Bunkhouse Group has broken ground on Hotel Daphne, a five-story, 47-room hotel at 347 W. 20th St.
The hotel will have a restaurant, ground-floor bar and lounge, courtyard, pool with its own bar, library, and retail.
Forney Construction is the general contractor, and Blanchard A+D and Darwin Architecture are the architects.
The hotel will open in early 2025.
