PLANO – A 19-story office tower is opening its doors after breaking ground in 2021 and construction being delayed due to the pandemic.
Located on SH 121 in the 90-acre Granite Park mixed-used development, the 420,000-sf Granite Park 6 tower has a ground-floor lobby with an LED display, 150-seat lecture hall, tenant lounge, fitness center, and 9,000-sf of outdoor space.
It is 90 percent leased. Tenants include Stonebriar Commercial.
The tower is a partnership between Granite Properties and North Carolina-based Highwoods Properties. Interiors were designed by HKS, and BOKA Powell was the architect. Austin Commercial was the general contractor.
