LEWISVILLE – A $40 million apartment complex is being planned in the $1 billion Crown Centre mixed-use project. Construction begins in December and will take two years to complete.
The 300-unit Aura Crown Centre on East SH 121 will have monthly rents starting at $1,400.
Trinsic Residential Group is the developer. Womack + Hampton Architects LLC is the designer.
The 140-acre Crown Centre mixed-use project is being developed by Bright Realty. It will have 2,000 apartments, three million sf of office space, and up to 500 hotel rooms.
