Stony Point High School expanding as part of bond project

ROUND ROCK – Round Rock ISD officials set in motion a 286-seat expansion to the cafeteria of Stony Point High School, an answer to a growth problem addressed in the 2018 bond project.

The $2.75 million expansion will include the partial enclosing of an existing courtyard. It will bring the capacity in line with what is similarly available at other high schools within RRISD.

The design and permitting process is expected to last for nine months, and construction is expected to last another nine months.
