BUDA – Arenaman Development Company LLC has secured city council approval for an $80 million, 500,000-sf development called Buda Gateway. It will have five spec industrial warehouse buildings on 49 acres near the corner of Robert S. Light Blvd. and FM 967.
Construction is expected to start next summer and be complete in summer 2025.
