HOUSTON – The city has wrapped up the latest phase of its ongoing $60 million improvement project of Jones Hall.
The theater opened at 615 Louisiana St. in 1966. The most recent round of renovations was completed in 2020 and 2021.
The upgrades include new theater seats, acoustical improvements, new lighting and audiovisual equipment, and improved access to the theater’s newly expanded restrooms.
A performance space has also been added to the lobby that will seat 150 people.
