ADDISON – A 45,000-sf addition is planned for a landmark 40-year-old shopping center.
Located on Dallas North Tollway and Belt Line Rd., the 32-acre Village on the Parkway is a 343,000-sf shopping complex with eight buildings anchored by Whole Foods Market and AMC Theater.
The $10 million expansion includes a 45,600-sf, three-story retail and office building that will begin construction in December.
The new building is designed by GFF.
VOP Partners LLC purchased the retail center in 2021.
