MONTGOMERY – Highland Homes is developing a townhome project in Woodforest, a 3,000-acre master-planned community.
The development will have 86 townhomes, each with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and two car garages. Units will range from 1,761 to 2,297 sf and be priced starting at $400,000.
Preselling is expected to begin in late fall 2023.
