DALLAS – The next phase of the 26-acre Pegasus Park life sciences campus is nearing completion.
The structure of a new 135,000-sf research and development building at 3020 Pegasus Park Dr. will be completed next month. The interior of the building, called Bridge Labs, will be finished in mid-2024.
Swinerton partnered with Montgomery Street Partners on construction. Property Management Advisors and Perkins & Will Architects are also on the team.
Pegasus Park is being developed by J. Small Investments and Lyda Hill Philanthropies.
