SAN ANTONIO – Florida-based JBL Asset Management has purchased the Olmos Creek Shopping Center that at 14602 to 14630 Huebner Rd.
The company took out a loan from Morgan Stanley as part of the deal, but the selling price was undisclosed.
The three parcels that comprise the center have an assessed value of $10.15 million, according to 2023 valuations.
The center is anchored by a Planet Fitness.
