FAIRVIEW – Move over pickleball, shuffleboard is back—in Fairview, at least.
A 25,000-sf retail space in the Fairview Town Center development was leased for an entertainment and dining venue centered around the popular activity.
Located at 351 Town Pl., the center will have a cocktail bar, restaurant, shuffleboard courts, and other games. It will open in December.
Larks Entertainment negotiated the lease with Lincoln Property Co. They’re also planning a location San Antonio.
