CEDAR PARK – Cordova Real Estate Ventures, Riverside, and Live Oak Real Estate Firms have teamed up on a mixed-use project called New Hope. The $250 million project recently broke ground, initiating phase one.
The first two phases are being developed across six parcels on New Hope Dr. The first phase will include three Class A industrial buildings totaling 271,689 sf. The second phase will add an additional 213,700 sf of industrial space.
The project will also have a 32-acre development named The District at New Hope. This portion of the project is still in design, but could include a mix of retail, entertainment, restaurant, hospitality, office space, and R&D space.
Zapalac/Reed Construction Co., McFarland Architecture, and Malone Wheeler are contributing to the development. Live Oak will market and lease the project’s industrial space, and JLL will handle leasing of retail and restaurant space.
