ANNA – Plans for a 430,000-sf multifamily apartment community are underway following the developer’s partnership with the city.
The $80 million Jefferson Finley at East Finley Blvd. and Sharp St. will have 320 units and 5,000 sf of retail. A percentage of units will be set aside for the local workforce.
It begins construction later this year and will open in 2025.
The developer, JPI, is also planning residential developments in Lewisville and Fort Worth.
