SAN ANTONIO – An auto parts manufacturer has preleased a 150,512-sf industrial building at Brooks Global Crossing.
The tenant is leasing the entirety of Building 2 at the industrial park, which is on 1,308 acres.
The leased building is currently under construction but is expected to be complete by second quarter 2024.
Transwestern represented the landlord, Cambridge Development.
