ANNA – An $80 million mixed-use project is in the works for an 11-acre property. Construction will begin in October.
Located at East Finley Blvd. and Sharp St., the development will have 5,000 sf of retail space and 320 apartment units, as well as a resort-style pool, fitness center with a yoga studio, coworking space, rentable private office suites, and a community park with a playground and dog park.
The first units will be available in April 2025.
Irving-based apartment builder JPI is developing this and two other Anna projects—Parmore Anna Senior Living and Jefferson Waters Creek.
