PROSPER – The town council has approved zoning for a 35-acre mixed-use development on the west side of the Dallas North Tollway extension at Proper Trail.
The project, called Pradera, will take 20 years to complete. It will include office space, retail, apartments, townhomes, and a hotel, with 730 multifamily units total between condos and apartments.
Townhomes will have a maximum height of three stories, while the other buildings have five and the tallest will be eight.
Cornerstone Projects Group and Orion Real Estate Capital are the developers.
