Second phase of Princeton housing development begins construction

​​PRINCETON – A $640 million housing project is entering its second phase of development that will include 353 single-family homes.

The 547-acre Eastridge community will have 40-, 50-, and 60-ft home sites ranging from 1,235 to 3,609 sf, a clubhouse with a game area, indoor and outdoor cooking areas, fitness center, basketball courts, walking trails, pool, and activities such as yoga, book clubs, food truck nights, and themed parties. Homes will start at $308,900.

The project is developed by Green Brick Partners. Home construction was split between Meritage Homes and Trophy Signature Homes. 

The community’s third phase will open in early 2024.
