DENTON, ARLINGTON – Bridgeview Multifamily LLC is developing two Class A apartment projects in North Texas.
One, on 22 acres at 3755 McKinney St. in Denton, will have 360 875-sf units across 15 three-story buildings. It will have one- and two-bedroom floor plans, clubhouse, pool, outdoor cooking area, and a dog park.
The other, on 6.3 acres at 800 West Bardin Rd. in Arlington, will have 250 796-sf units across a four-story building with three-story wings and one- to two-bedroom floor plans. It will also include a pool, courtyard, and single-level parking garage.
The projects are funded by BV Capital and its investors. Bridgeview Construction is the general contractor. The Denton site is next to another Bridgeview property.
