LEANDER – Commercial real estate firm St. John Properties has announced plans to break ground on a new office building in the city’s Northline development at 1157 Main St.
The 120,000-sf space will be Leander’s first Class A office building.
The 15,500-sf ground floor of the four-story building is designated for retail and restaurant space. Office suites on the other three floors will start at 2,000 sf.
The 116-acre Northline mixed-use project is intended to be the city’s new downtown district. It will be a walkable hub with retail, office, health care, public space, and residential offerings.
Work on the new office space will begin in spring of 2024 and wrap up in the first half of 2025.
