AUSTIN – The Related Companies is moving forward with a 17-story, 293-unit apartment/condo project instead of the 475,000-sf office tower originally proposed.
The complex will have approximately 86 condominiums and 207 apartments.
The building, known as One Lady Bird Lake, is also slated to have 14,000 sf of restaurant and retail space on the first three floors.
The project will rise on 3.3 acres in the South-Central Waterfront planning area at 208 Barton Springs Rd.
