International law firm changes location to Dallas tower

DALLAS – An international law firm is moving its headquarters, spending $4 million on construction and renovations in a Class AAA office.

Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath (FDBR) will move from 1717 Main St. at Comerica Bank Tower to 2323 Ross Ave. at KPMG Plaza at Hall Arts. The firm is taking 26,000 sf on the 17th floor. Renovation will be complete in early 2024.

Stream Realty Partners handles office leasing at KPMG Plaza, and Weitzman handles retail leasing. It is owned by Masaveu Real Estate.

FDBR has 1,200 lawyers across the U.S. and in London and Shanghai. ​
