DALLAS – A total of $70 million in renovations and additions to a 13-acre athletic club will begin in early 2024 and be completed in January 2025.
Located at Preston Rd. and Dilbeck Ln., the T Bar M Racquet Club currently has 28 tennis courts, padel courts, a massage room, and a chiropractic and wellness center.
The renovations will include a 20,000-sf clubhouse, resort-style pool and poolside restaurant, pickleball pavilion, three red-clay courts, tennis courts, and resurfacing the existing courts.
The property is owned by WoodHouse, who is partnering with Lake Flato for the renovations.
