Fort Worth warehouse sells to global manufacturing company

FORT WORTH – A Pennsylvania-based global firm has purchased a 213,581-sf industrial facility for its new shipping hub.

Victaulic Co. purchased the building, part of the 29-acre business park near Alliance Airport and I-35W, as a manufacturing and distribution facility. 

KBC Advisors and Lee & Associates negotiated the sale.

The warehouse was developed by Atlanta-based Stonemont Financial Group, who has developed two million sf of industrial space in North Texas.

Victaulic has 29 offices across 13 countries.​
