COLLEGE STATION – Century Square’s Phase II construction has begun. The first phase brought over 260K sf of retail, multifamily, and office space, plus two hotels in 2016.
Phase II of the development on University Dr. between Century Square Drive and Century Court will consist of two 15,593-sf retail buildings surrounding a 5,000-sf plaza and gathering space on 2.7 acres.
The first four tenants to occupy space in Phase II will be:
- Sephora (4,625 sf),
- Coco Shrimp (2,813 sf),
- ChopShop (2,813 sf), and
- Wells Fargo (1,360 sf).
The new locations in Phase II will open in spring 2024.
