LANCASTER – Best Buy has leased 800,000 sf of warehouse space for its new distribution center.
Located south of I-20 at Jefferson St. and East Wintergreen Rd., the $50 million Wintergreen Industrial Park warehouse was leased for $3 million and will open as Best Buy’s shipping hub next summer, creating 50 jobs.
The building was designed by Azimuth Architecture and is owned by Crow Holdings.
The city is providing tax abatements for the distribution center.
