FORT WORTH – E-commerce distribution company McMaster-Carr Supply and Co. will expand with a $360 million regional headquarters and distribution center that could come with city-backed incentives.
Located at 4894-4896 Litsey Rd., the center will create 250 jobs and $57 million in incremental property and sales tax revenue.
The city will fund $18 million in ten annual grants equal to up to 85 percent of the maintenance and operations portion of new incremental city ad valorem taxes on business personal property.
McMaster-Carr has locations in Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, Los Angeles, and New Jersey delivering equipment and maintenance services.
