WACO – AJ Capital Partners is nearing completion of Hotel 1928, located downtown at 701 Washington St.
The project transformed the historic Grand Karem Shrine Building into a 33-room hotel with three restaurants, rooftop terrace, and 6,000 sf of meeting and event space.
AJ Capital worked with local TV personalities Chip and Joanna Gaines on room and merchandise design.
The grand opening is set for Nov. 1.
