DALLAS – A 214-unit apartment complex at 1900 Hi Line Dr. in the Design District has changed hands and will undergo rebranding.
The Dunhill has studio and one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 665-sf to 1,671-sf, as well as a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, business center, outdoor picnic areas, amphitheater, and a dog park. It will be rebranded as The Adelphi.
The property was acquired by Bridgeview, a Dallas-based investment firm. The sale was funded by a Delaware Statutory Trust.
