FORT WORTH – A California-based investor has purchased a 519,905-sf business complex in the 366-acre Railhead Industrial Park.
The four-building Railhead Business Station was purchased by Westcore Realty. The business park is near Loop 820 on Railhead Rd.
The sale marks six million-sf of DFW industrial buildings owned by Westcore, including a 300,000-sf Rockwall warehouse and a 485,000-sf Fort Worth business park.
