HOUSTON – Park House, a 25,000-sf private social club at 4411 San Felipe, is slated to open in early 2024.
The club will occupy the top level of the seven-story, mixed-use, 96,000-sf building developed by DC Partners.
The space will have private dining rooms, living rooms, multiple bars and DJ booths, social rooms, a library, an open terrace, and gazebos with views of the skyline.
