DALLAS – Construction has begun on a 20-story luxury high-rise apartment building. It will finish in early 2025.
Located at McKinney Ave. and Monticello Ave., the 56-unit Galatyn apartments will have an average of 2,700-sf units.
The tower is being developed by StreetLights Residential, who is also developing a 351-unit apartment tower in The Central development in Dallas.
