CYPRESS – Marvida, a 2,500-home master-planned community, is expected to open its amenity village this September.
Called The Island, the 180,000-sf complex will be at 2133 Pacifica Shores Dr.
Amenities will include a splash pad, resort-style pool, tennis, bocce, basketball and volley ball courts, dog park, community firepit, and lazy river.
