Transwestern Real Estate Services and CBRE provided tenant advisory services to Chamberlain Hrdlicka.
Located on the Riverwalk, Weston Centre has a rooftop terrace lounge, fitness center, coffee shop, front plaza activity center, and a forthcoming private dining club.
Insite Design & Planning has been retained to implement the strategic office renovation.
Since moving to Weston Centre in 2011, Chamberlain Hrdlicka has expanded its footprint from 4,056 sf and two tax attorneys to 13,555 sf and a team of 16 attorneys.
