ATASCOCITA – Ashlar Development has sold 40 acres within The Groves, a master-planned community in Atascocita, to Read King for future retail centers.
Located near Madera Run Rd and Woodland Hills Rd, the first commercial development is expected to be completed by first quarter 2024, while buildout will take several years.
The retail space will include both shops and restaurants.
