CELINA – Plans for a $1.45 billion community are underway with the developer delivering 435 of the 2,820 lots to builders.
The 760.8-acre Mosaic development will include a lazy river, fishing piers, outdoor areas, disc golf, and hiking and biking trails. Both townhomes and single-family homes will be available.
Tellus Group is the developer, and the builders are American Legend Homes, Bloomfield Homes, Cadence Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, and Tradition Homes.
The project is associated with the 2,000-acre Windsong Ranch development in Prosper, also developed by Tellus Group.
