JUSTIN – A distribution hub in the Northlink business park has been leased to a flooring firm with 440 stores nationwide.
Located at 15300 Northlink Dr., the 458,000-sf warehouse space was leased to LL Flooring, formerly Lumber Liquidators.
Davidson Bogel Real Estate negotiated the lease with Growe 3PL Real Estate and JLL. The building owner is Boston-based TA Realty.
This lease is one of DFW’s largest recent industrial building transactions.
