EL PASO – Green Point Property Co. is planning a four-phase industrial park on just over 200 acres of airport land in what an airport development plan dubs the 601 Corridor Business District.
Plans for Sky Park El Paso call for at least six buildings with more than two million square feet of industrial space by at least 2029, with additional buildings in its final phase.
Construction is projected to start by early October on Sky Park’s multimillion-dollar, two-building first phase, which will have just over 636,000 sf. It will be at Walter Jones Blvd. and the end of George Perry Blvd.
This will be the second industrial park developed on airport land, but the first in decades.
The 601 Corridor Business District is currently anchored by Marshalls’ two million-sf warehouse and distribution center.
