SAN ANTONIO – OCI Development, Atlantic Pacific Cos., and Opportunity Home San Antonio have teamed up to build Vista at Silver Oaks, a 76-unit affordable housing project that will be on the city’s north-central side.
Units will come in two- and three- bedroom layouts and will be entirely reserved for renters earning 60 percent or less of the area median income.
Amenities and services will include business and fitness centers, monthly social events, tax-preparation classes, health and wellness programming, and afterschool care.
PNC Bank and Stellar Bank both contributed to financing.
The complex will be move-in ready summer 2024.
