PROSPER – A 110-acre site with a prominent location has been sold.
Located at the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and US 380, a mile from the PGA Omni Hotel and Resort and the PGA Headquarters, the property was sold to Vijay Borra and DFW Land.
Standridge Cos and Columnar Holdings were the previous owners.
Rex Real Estate negotiated the sale with Standridge.
