CELINA – The annexation and zoning was approved for a 110-acre residential development north of Frontier Pkwy. and east of Bothwell Blvd.
Sutton Fields East will have 450 lots built over two phases, an amenity center with open shade structure, playground, bathrooms, and a pool, as well as 8.3 acres of open space, ponds, and concrete trails.
The project is east of Sutton Fields, which has 2,289 single-family homes.
