'60s-era Dallas shopping center site becoming office high-rise

​​​DALLAS – A 12-story high-rise has topped out construction as part of $100 million redevelopment of a 1960s shopping center.

The former site of the Quadrangle complex near McKinney Ave. has been rebranded as The Quad. The 335,000-sf office building includes retail space, an amenity center with tenant lounge, conference center, and a terrace, as well as The Quad Club on the top floor. 

The Quad will open in March.

The developer is Stream Realty Partners, and the designer is Omniplan. Austin Commercial is the general contractor. 

Revantage and Chicago Title have signed on as tenants.
