DALLAS – A mixed-use apartment community has begun construction and will open late next year.
The 16-story Modera St. Paul will have 333 units with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, 4,000 sf of retail, rooftop deck, sky lounge, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, controlled-access reserved parking, and private EV charging stations.
Located at 400 S. St. Paul St., the apartments are walking distance from the Main St. District, AT&T’s global headquarters, Discovery District, and the Dallas Farmers Market.
