BEE CAVE – The Morgan Group and InTown Homes will break ground on The Pearl development this September at 13200 Bee Cave Pkwy., located off RR 620.
The Pearl will consist of a 322-unit luxury apartment community developed by Morgan and 59 townhomes developed by InTown.
The apartments will have an almost mile-long trail open to the public with scenic views of Balcones Canyonland and additional benches and walking trails.
Amenities will include a clubhouse, lounge with a golf simulator, a work-from-home business center, and other communal work areas.
Traffic improvements will be made to the area to accommodate the new residents and influx of traffic.
First units are expected to be completed by the end of 2024, but the entire project will take two years to complete.
