DALLAS-FORT WORTH-ARLINGTON – Five North Texas residential master-planned developments were among the top-selling nationwide in the first half of 2023, according to RCLO Real Estate Consulting.
Aubrey’s Silverado (19th), Little Elm’s Union Park (37th), Northlake’s Pecan Square (42nd), Argyle’s Harvest (46th), and Celina’s Lilyana (48th) were the top-selling DFW communities.
The ranking compares sales from the first half of 2023 to the same period in 2022.
Silverado sales dropped 41 percent, and Lilyana did not report sales in the first half of 2022.
Aside from Silverado, all DFW communities listed were developed by Hillwood Communities.
Texas had 22 total communities on the list, with Katy’s Sunterra ranking third.
