NEW BRAUNFELS – Paravel Capital will start phase one of Lyndon Ranch, a three-story multifamily development along Loop 337, in December.
The appraisal district says the land purchased by Paravel for Lyndon Ranch was valued at $2.4 million when sold, but no purchase price was disclosed.
The complex, covering 267,000 sf, is planned to have 300 units, while phase two of the project will construct 100 build-to-rent homes.
Construction is scheduled to wrap up December 2025.
