WILMER – Sunridge II, a 698,880-sf industrial facility at 1610 N. Goode Rd., has been sold.
The newly built, cross-dock building has 40-ft clear heights, 138 dock doors, four drive-in ramps, ESFR sprinkler system, and 10,000 sf of office space.
CBRE represented the seller, Scannell Properties.
